Mondo Convenienza

With its exponential growth, Mondo Convenienza decided to extend its technical department with the Real Estate & Property area, a department that today manages over 200,000 square metres of properties of various types and uses, located between Italy and Spain.

The creation of the new area brings with it the need to manage CAD plans and BIM models – for which a LOD 350 was chosen – and to be able to do this with a single nomenclature. The company decided to exploit the potential of BIM as it designs, develops and builds its own real estate, and chose to adopt Infocad for real estate management also to make the data available to each company department.

University of Florence

In November 2022, an experimental project was launched in collaboration with the Laboratorio Informatico di Architettura – Building Information Modeling (LIA-BIM) and Descor, focusing on the use of Infocad for the management of the University of Florence’s real estate. The partnership focuses on research and study of digital methods for the management of complex real estate assets, with a focus on data interoperability in BIM_GIS_CAFM and CMMS systems.

A. Gemelli Hospital

To optimise the management of internal hospital transports, we have integrated a dedicated module for the centralised management of material and patient transports into our Infocad platform. Thanks to an app installed on staff smartphones, communication is in real time, improving efficiency and reducing waiting times. This innovative solution won the 2019 Digital Innovation in Healthcare Award for supporting patient management processes.
