Descor, producer of the Infocad software, launched an ‘AI LAB’ with the aim of identifying the most suitable algorithms for real estate management.
Infocad’s information system collects a vast amount of data related to real estate assets, including technical variations, space utilisation, maintenance tickets, feedback, energy consumption, environmental parameters and costs. Currently, this data feeds the reporting module, which produces operational and control reports.
Once a critical mass of data has been reached, it will be possible to train an Artificial Intelligence to optimise property management. Although the use of AI in facility management is still in its infancy, the data collected by Infocad will allow experiments to begin in the short term.
